Photography challenge - Sweet Vice

This week's challenge at the cricut circle board is your sweet vice as I call it.
This was shot with my Nikon d5000 in aperture mode with 50mm 1.4 nikon lens. And I think the it was 1/60 or 1/90 at f1.8

Photography Challenge - Feets

Thought I would post photography here as it falls vaguely under design doesn't it? Anyway this blog is empty as I am not doing much digital stuff as my old laptop is breathing it's last. I tweaked and tweaked and got atleast PS to work so here goes - a photo for the cricut circle MB photography challenge hosted by my friends Myamagoo and Beth217.
Theme is Feets and of course what better feet than what this blog is named for
Papillon feet

Long time!

Hmm. Long time since I posted anything in this blog. I have been busy! watching videos of various classes. Yep a long list of catching up to do. So it will be a while till I create something! Meanwhile I did make one change- I decided to change the logo a bit. I still wanted the logo to represent my butterflies ie my papillon babies and so like their tags but the name was almost lost within so changed it to go around instead of inside the papillon figure.
Also well to show that this is a scrapbooking site and not about dogs (lol) I added a small scrapbooking album. Yeah! I am beginning to love illustrator!!

How to use the Digital Kit

People have asked me if I am going to make videos on using the kit. I will not be doing that as there are tons of videos already there. Click on JS button on the right sidebar and it will take you to the website where you can take the up & coming class by JessicaSpraue to learn to use kits using adobe elements or photoshop.
But you can also just print out the elements and use it as Hybrid :) . Pages can be dragged and dropped in word and sized to 8 x 8. Turn off the page margin options by going to page layout as they are usually 1 inch and you do not want that to print on 8.5 x 11 paper if you want a 8 x 8 page. You also have to resize other elements till they fit. Best way is of course using a photo editor like Gimp which is free or  adobe photoshop elements or photoshop
